The Relationship Between Emotional Intelligence And...

The purpose of this quantitative correlation study is to examine the degree and extent of a relationship between emotional intelligence and leadership style that differentiate effective leaders. A brief review of the literature was conducted using the following resources, Northcentral University Library (NCU Roadrunner), Google Scholar, Galileo, and ProQuest. Several searches included peer-reviewed publications and academic journals such as the International Journal of Business Management, Journal of Business Studies Quarterly, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Review of International Comparative Management.
